Strengths: fits well, doesn't move around on head, durable. this helmet has saved my brain multiple times from simple falls to sliding on the ground. and flipping over the front of the bike and the bike flipping and crashing into the helmet

this is a good helmet if you are looking for something relatively inexpensive and for casual riding.
