Strengths:
Lightweight, great ventilation, large, ample ajustability, great Giro trade-in discount for replacement.
Weaknesses:
No visor option (not a bother for me), fitting system will loosen on long XC rides.

Bottom Line:
A helmet better suited for road than MTB. Allows a great fit for those of us w/ large craniums! Mine has a tendency to shake loose from its ajustment setting on rough terrain. My first Monza cracked after a pretty minor endo and Giro offered a fairly generous trade-in discount. Well worth the price.

VERY lightweight, excellent venting, quick fit
Weaknesses:
just that it seems to channel brow sweat right down between your eyes... if youre looking down for a moment, its goes right into your eyes, and no one likes chin straps (mine rubs my ears right where your sunglass's arms go)
Bottom Line:
overall a great helmet, but step up to the E2 if youre off road alot (the visor can make that slim difference that determines if youre going to dismount or not)

Bottom Line:
A massive roadie-style helmet without a visor. Weighs some 277 grams. ~25 vents. Fitting system can be operated with just one hand. Fits even round-shaped heads.
If you're in search for a reasonably priced road cycling helmet, Monza is definately worth considering. It has all the charasteristics of a modern helmet: In-mold cover, precise fitting system, plenty of vents and thin padding. Notice that there's no option for a visor.
