Strengths: excellent product, inexpensive, lightweight and durableWeaknesses: color...having different colors would be niceBottom Line: saved my life on this helmet after crushing... eat some dirt, got black eyed, cracked the foam of the helmet after hitting the ground....lucky to be alive. highly recommend this helmet.

Strengths: Excellent fit, great shape, secure, lightweight, inexpensive and ideal for medium to larger headsWeaknesses: Colors (other than black) reveal limited shell coverage, i.e. not as attractive as high-end alternatives. Typical for helmets in this price range.Bottom Line: Bell's ErgoDial fit system is excellent. Coming from a 90's era Giro comprised of plastic shell, styrofoam base and simple foam pads, the adjustable locking system is a major upgrade. You can get the fit just right (snug but not uncomfortable) and never worry about a shakes or shifts on bumpy trails.
I think it's a good-looking helmet, too. This bucket sits around your head--not on top--which precludes that "mushroom" look while offering better protection in the event of a spill. For someone with a good-sized melon (I wear a 7-3/8 cap), wearing a close-fitting lid also makes for a more flattering fit.
Don't let the price fool you. This is a quality, solid-performing helmet. Highly recommended.

Strengths: Covers head.Weaknesses: Might fall off if un-strapped or loose.Bottom Line: Uh...just like any other helmet, it's made of foam and plastic and will get in the way of the rock that would otherwise smash your fool head open. Now stop reading reviews and get back to work or go ride.
