Bottom Line:
Bell still makes the best helmets. My only complain is the Pinch Guard buckle that doesn't work as pretended. I pinched my baby girl's chin one day when trying to buckle this helmet and I don't know if she will ever want me to try again. That day the bike ride was ruin because she refused to take on her helmet. Overall the helmet is good quality but be careful with the buckle.
