    Date Reviewed: March 1, 2008
    Favorite Trail:Quail Ridge
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
    Price Paid: $29.00
    Purchased At:http://www.blueskycycling.com
Strengths:Looks Great, Sounds good, and protects head.
Weaknesses:Could be a tad more length in the chin strap adjustment.
Bottom Line:As far as helmets go, I think it's great. It protects my head, and allows me to have some background music while riding. It's far from audiophile quality, but... I can hear the music just fine, and still here other sounds around me. there is no bass to speak of, but the helmet does it's job, and I think for the application, does it pretty well. I would indeed recommend this product to friends and family.

    Date Reviewed: January 7, 2008
    Duration Product Used:3 months
    Strengths:Looks cool, good finish.Price affordable.
Weaknesses:Doesn't fit well like the others lids like bell or TSG.The sound of speakers are not very high and much kind of treble, there's no bass sound.
Similar Products Used:TSG Evolution, Bell Scuffle.
Bottom Line:It's a very good idea, but azonic is paying the price for being the first to try to build it.There's a lot of room for improvement, but until they sell the 2nd generation, I'll keep wearing mine.
It deserves 5 chillis for the idea and 2 for the execution, what means 3,5 chillis.

    Date Reviewed: July 20, 2007
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
    Price Paid: $35.00
    Purchased At:Online
    Strengths:None
Weaknesses:Horrible fit, speakers went out on the third ride.
    Similar Products Used:Regular bike helmet
Bottom Line:First off, the fit was horrible on my head. Seems to me it is made for a perfectly round head, which mine is not. I decided I would suffer anyway since I would have some tunes to distract me. Well, that lasted until halfway through my third ride. The speakers are toast and I know my ipod does not put out enough power to damage them. WASTE OF MONEY. Just wear your earbuds if you want music.

    Date Reviewed: June 14, 2007
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
    Price Paid: $35.00
    Purchased At:ebay
Strengths:Keeps the top of your head safe.
Weaknesses:Feels like its barely sitting on top of my head. For smaller heads only!!
    Similar Products Used:none
Bike Setup:Haro escape 8.2, manitou sherman fork, mrp bones crank set, azonic pedals.
Bottom Line:Small helmet in general. I have a big head and got the XL and it barely fits my head. i bought it for around campus riding and the instant i sat it on my head i hated it. I have tried some of my friends half shells and they actualyl give yo some head cover. this just covers from your ears up maybe. its cool its got speakers, but as far as keeping me safe from falling, i don't trust it one bit.

    Date Reviewed: May 8, 2007
    Duration Product Used:3 months
    Price Paid: $30.00
    Purchased At:bicyclewarehouse.com San Diego
    Strengths:Good price, comfortable fit.
Weaknesses:For the price, none....I guess the speakers could be better? It's just really nice to have music on my climbs.
Similar Products Used:None, all of my helmets have been full face.
    Bike Setup:Santa Cruz Bullit
Bottom Line:I bought one just because I ride alone a lot and I thought this would be kind of nice. I WAS RIGHT! I have a full face Troy Lee Designs helmet that is now collecting dust in my closet. This helmet is great, you can hear music and still all the other sounds around you. Of course it doesn't crank the tunes too loud, but it has a comfortable volume. Much better than riding with headphones on. My iPod nano and I go everywhere together now. I say BUY ONE!
