Favorite Trail:Urban
Duration Product Used:6 months
Price Paid: $37.00
Purchased At:Unknown Bike Shop
Strengths:Great look with great durability and light/thin structure
Similar Products Used:BMX gloves
Bike Setup:Specialized P.2, 26"/24", torque bars, single track rims, race face controls
Bottom Line:These gloves are an all around great pair. They appear to be very thin, but have been very durable through all my falls. They are currently covered in blood, but still look great.

If you do DH, I might look for something with a little more palm padding. These palms are thin, but give a great feel of the grips.

Date Reviewed: October 23, 2006
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Price Paid: $38.00
Strengths:Armored knuckles, keeps the thorns out of your hands.

Really cool lightweight and durable mesh on the sides of the fingers.

Fit my hands. Most gloves leave a lot to be desired.

Speshy quality.
Weaknesses:Questionable velcro closure, but it fits so well this is not an issue.
NO padding in the palm.
Grip strips for the braking fingers are too far out on the finger tips.
Similar Products Used:Cheapie Bell gloves, tried just about everything else and these were the only full-fingers that fit well.
Bike Setup:2006 SJ FSR Pro with a Minute :04 fork (great bike and fork is better than a TALAS.)
Bottom Line:A great glove for anyone who does not like thorns ripping into his knuckles on fast turns. If you do not mind thorns and only ride XC, you probably want something else with a bit of padding. If you use Oury grips and/or are an all-mountain rider, this is as good as it gets.
