Strengths:    This review is for the long finger version. The gloves are great for the heat in the Southwest. The mesh backing on the fingers allows for heat dispersion and the padding on the palm has helped to relieve wrist pain. Also, the gloves simply pull on and do not have a velcro strap, which I personally do not like.

Weaknesses:    The nylon mesh has shown some quick signs of wear but has held up fairly well. I suspect the mesh will start to give out at the seams in the next several months. For $35 the stiching should be a little stronger but it is most like a function of the mesh and not the stiching.

Bottom Line:
Great glove for comfort and coolness. If you live in the Southwest and ride all summer these gloves will work great. Even if they only last the summer the fact that my hands won't melt after an hour makes them worth the money. I'd give them 5 flamin' chilis if it weren't for the frailty of the mesh.
