Strengths: Warm, durable, fits well, not too bulkyWeaknesses: Does not breathe wellBottom Line: I used these for a 3 years now. On the road when I bike commute in the winter and on the slopes when I ski early and late season. Not warm enough for summit in January but good enough for most sunny days.
The glove does not have good ventilation which can lead to squishy feeling and stinky glove syndrome after a very active session in them. The gloves do stand up well as they are on their fourth year. Granted they are not used as aggressively as my regular riding gloves, and a fall in snow is not as distructive as a slide on dirt.
Not sure what I paid for the first pair years ago but saw them for $20 so I ordered another pair last winter. They were cheaper and better than most lightweight ski gloves so I'm happy with the double duty.
