Strengths: None.
Weaknesses: The XL is way too small. I do not know who sized these things but they are retardly small. The palm material is too stiff and bunches up in the folds of your fingers. The velcro strap is too big a bulkey to do any good.
Bottom Line:
Do not buy these gloves. The bell gloves at wal-mart are better. No Joke.
