Strengths: Comfortable, snug, cuts the windWeaknesses: NoneBottom Line: They do what they are expected to. the prevent chilly days from sending me home early. I ride with these from 40 degrees to 75 degrees. I like them for 3 seasons. Not enough umph for the cold days.
