Strengths:    Light, protect hands well, inexpensive, tough.

Weaknesses:    None

Bottom Line:
These are simple gloves that do one thing and do it well: protect your hands. I bought these gloves for a couple of reasons: 1. I am in Texas and it is HOT here; I needed hand protection that wouldn't be uncomfortable and these guys fit the bill. 2. I didn't want a pair of gloves coming between me and my bike so I didn't want anything padded.

Features: leather palm, terrycloth side to wipe sweat and hoops on the back of the fingers to assist in removal.

A month after I bought these gloves I went OTB on the trail. My palms would have been hamburger without these gloves - i would buy them again.

Tahoe bday epic!

I had originally planned a '40 for 40' for my 40th bday, going from kingsbury-flume and back. However due to the kingsbury construction and just having ridden those trails so many times I made a game time decision to start at stagecoach and just ride till I was satisfied. I rode down from the co ... Read More »
