Strengths:    It is a very tough item. Strong seams and stitches. The palm pads are very confortables. Good price.

Weaknesses:    Hard to find.

Bottom Line:
This is an excelent pair of gloves that han actually save you from loosing some fingers or even your hand aover the rock we have around here. After racing for hours your hands are part of your gloves. So they need to be confortable, durable, lite and also cool. All this make Sierras a great buy.

Strengths:    as said before by other reviewers -> last forever - it´s just unbelievable how firm these gloves are.... i used them for... uum, let me think about it for a moment... 4-5yrs?! used on nearly any occasion gloves were necessary, even for garden working or firecracker lighting.
comfortable, nice grip, the fluffy stuff on the back easily soaks any kind of body-fluid you confront it with

Weaknesses:    hard to find a weakness, when you´re using a product for over four years and still haven´t bought a new pair

Bottom Line:
words are failing me - encouraged by my big brother to use these gloves i can´t imagine going without them

saved my hands a couple of times - are extremely durable - definitely earned it´s keeps (price was about 60deutsch mark ~ 30€ nowadays)
go, get´em!

Strengths:    they breathe pretty good, quality is excellent, they last forever

Weaknesses:    This is one of the few things I've purchased for riding that has no drawbacks or problems.

Bottom Line:
These gloves seem to last forever.I bought my second pair of Sierras last year because the colors on the old ones started to look like puke, but the gloves are still hangin in there!I've used them for trail work, digging, sawing ,hauling logs around, fixing bikes, cars, trucks and big slap fights with my buddies!Oh yeah! and lots of ridin' too. They still have all the stitches just a couple little tears.I have some lightweight Fox moto gloves and they didn't hold up as well as these.I got Sidewinders last year, they offer alot more protection for our technical rides, but they're a bit hotter. We'll see how they fare over time.I cut off all the 'protective plastic bumpers'on on the backs of all my gloves. They're alot cooler that way.I won't buy anything but Fox gloves anymore.Every time I try something different because they're on sale I'm really dissapointed.

Weaknesses:    none yet. (But we'll see in a few months of hard riding how well they hold up)

Bottom Line:
Great gloves for the money for a cross country rider, I'm kicking myself for not buying a few pairs when I had the chance!

Bottom Line:
Great gloves and although i think its expensive for some gloves they're alot cheaper than others at £19. Although prob not great for dirt jumpin.

Date Reviewed: May 12, 2002

Strengths:    Extremely comfortable and durable.

Weaknesses:    My L.B.S. charged too much, considering what I see you can get them on the Internet for now....but how do you size a glove over the Internet?

Bottom Line:
These things have good stitching, good padding and good placement of seams. I have another pair or winter gloves that are warm but the seam is in a bad place and when you brake for some duration it is uncomfortable. No such problem with this glove and of course it helps to take some vibration off from the bar. I have had more than a few spills with these and they have held up fine (just a couple of very small holes on the outside of each pinky finger). I would gladly buy these again. Oh, my velcro tabs are fine. These things fit so fine that I often don't even bother to do up the velcro...they don't come out of place on my hands.

Bottom Line:
Fox has a good name for themselves just wish they could make a good product. They would not even warranty them.

Date Reviewed: December 25, 2001

Strengths:    Looks great, light, comfortable. Cool enough for the end of summer and warm for 30's

Weaknesses:    Velcro strap ripped off after a wash. But sewn back on it is working great. The gel-like substance is forming on the edges of the pads.

Bottom Line:
Great gloves for the price, for $10 each i bought like 6 of them...for the future.

Strengths:    Everything,
strength
durability
comfort
no mo pinched nerves and numb hands
grip

Weaknesses:    NONE!

Bottom Line:
as i said above i do almost every style of riding. These totally get rid of any numbness and feel great. probably the best all around gloves. I have had NO problem with the valcro and i use these atleast 5x a week. I break lots of stuff on accident cause of my strength but unless you TRY to break the velcro i don't think it will happen.

If i need a new pair anytime these will be at the top of my list.

Strengths:    Tough enough for the north shore but light enough to make it a XC racers choice, Solid design, Neopreme nuckle gards, Leather inbetween pointer finger and thumb for twist shifters, Great looking, FOX!!

Weaknesses:    Cost, The velcro ripped off the second time I used them but I sewed it back on and It works as good as new.

Date Reviewed: May 7, 2000

Strengths:    These gloves have lasted well,3 yrs. The fit was good and I like the terry cloth fingers for wiping away excess snot and sweat.

Weaknesses:    They are a little expensive.
We can no longer get them in this part of the world.

Bottom Line:
Overall these gloves have lasted very well, I ride to work 4 days a week as well as weekend fun.
I always have these gloves on.
The only reason I am replacing them is the end of the fingers have worn through.
I will have to try something else as we can't get these in NZ anymore.
