Strengths: Cheap. These gloves are your typical MX style gloves. Lightly padded clarino palms, full coverage vinyl covered foam on the back of the hand for 'roost' protection on an MX track, but for us MTB'ers it comes in handy when getting whacked by thorn bushes and branches. Mesh back, with spandex around the fingers.Weaknesses: No terrycloth section to wipe sweat, a little hot for summer riding. Limited selection of color choices.Bottom Line: I use these for the ski area rides, and when the weather gets cooler. They're great for that! I wouldn't recommend them for anything else, though. They're too hot for summer rides. I'd give 'em "5 Flamin' Chilis" for an overall rating if they had a terrycloth piece somewhere...........anywhere..........

Strengths: Dont give me blisters, dry out quick, grip, keep hands cool/warm, look cool, cheap, machine washableWeaknesses: Only woollen style stuff so they get holes in em' after about a year (sew it up) chapped hands where the knitted stuff stretches (knuckles) wind blows through.Bottom Line: Look cool and do their job perfectly wear a different glove in the winter. 7 chilis for value!
