Strengths:    Look good, ABS shell is strong.

Weaknesses:    Visor breaks by a single pull of my hand.
A little bit too hot in summer.

Bottom Line:   
A little bit hot in summer, but good in winter.
Fits tight and comfortable.
Visor is not so strong, I broke the small support in the middle when I was trying to pull it up. And my friend did the same.
Good for the money.
