Submitted by dean a Cross Country Rider from windsor, ca, usa
Date Reviewed: May 17, 2005
Duration Product Used:3 months
Purchased At:universalcycles
Strengths:These are the same as the Roach pads, they even have Roach on the inside of the padding. I use them for trials riding and they have prevented me from raking my shins with the pedals many times! They provide adequate mobility for a pad that covers shin and knee. they are warm, but worth the modest discomfort(hot or give blood). they fit nicely under baggy jeans etc. They seem durable as the pins on my pedals have raked them many times with no sign of tears etc....yet.
Weaknesses:none so far
Similar Products Used:none
Bike Setup:Megamo Pro 26 Magura HS33s TryAll FFW cranks
Bottom Line:Good price. good protection. just chose whether you want the Roach logo or Race Face.
Value Rating:5Overall Rating:4
