Strengths:    snug fit, relatively slim,

Weaknesses:    will slip down if not strapped right and sweaty, the no shoes on/off thing.

Bottom Line:

well i don't have the fancy colored patriot version so maybe they go faster, but so far i'm satisfied with them. they've for sure alleviated a couple squirrley bar bash landings. i probably wouldn't do any long trail rides with them on, but i mainly pedal access/fsr's for the downtime, so i just strap them to the bars for that.
