Date Reviewed: November 30, 2008

Strengths:    Light weight, stays in place, good spine protection

Weaknesses:    groin straps can be uncomfortable

Bottom Line:
If you are looking for a light weight spine protector this is the one for you. Would work well with some good elbow pads for more protection. stays in place well with the groin straps. Feels like you aren't wearing anything
