Strengths:protects from Profile crank spindle bolt areas (protrude outward w/ a sharp edge) - tore ankle good 1 time w/o them.
Weaknesses:make sure they go under the shoe sole not on top. Lasted almost 2 years.
Similar Products Used:none
Bike Setup:Bullit/ RS Boxxer World Cup/ Single Tracks w/ King/ Hope M4/ King HS/ Deity stem/ ProTapers/ ODI Ruffian/SRAM X9 Minion F HighRoller R
Bottom Line:These have saved my anks numerous times, A MUST w/ Profiles or any type w/ similiar construction (w/ area containing spindle bolts protruding outward w/ sharp edges). Almost worn out from 2 years of abuse, worth every penny. Ank was in bad shape when this 1'st happened w/o protectors.
