Strengths: Good protection, doesn't slide around when in use (i.e. before, during, and after a crash), comfortable, lightWeaknesses: None really, armor tends to be warm but this product is no worse than other products in this categoryBottom Line: Good solid pad for the money. Has saved my forearms and elbows numerous times.
I'm sure there are better pads out there for X amount of dollars or for hauling ass down the Alps but this is a good solid pad at a nice price point.
The pad doesn't move around and I don't notice that I'm wearing it while riding.
Would purchase again for sure.
