Like its counter part the Sette Strike Elbow Guards is constructed using heavy duty ballistic Nylon, with individual plastic armor plates stitched in place, for added protection from that unsuspected tree encounter. Thermo formed high density foam padding keeps this pad light weight, while providing maximum protection. An open design with three adjustable Velcro straps helps to keep things in place.

Bottom Line:
if your into freeridin and need some good light protection for you elbows this is it. they have already saved me from a few scabs already. they are soft shell with plastic plates inside. if your doing hardcore downhilling and fall a lot you probably want something a little more burly.
