Weaknesses: The lower strap that goes below your knee should have a loop like the upper strap. Otherwise the pad tends to slip out from underneath the lower strap. I had a shoemaker sew one on, and I've had no problems since. Doesnt get in the way and great mobility. Weaknesses: They are slip on, so its kinda hard to put them on without taking your pants off.
