Strengths:    Looks study and heavy duty

Weaknesses:    1. I have fair small arms and the medium fit very tight.
2. Tried them on and after 30 seconds of working arm back and forth, I had rasberry on arm between elbow bend and lower bicep.

Bottom Line:

Never actually used them, just tried them on. Very unconfortable and made rub rash on arm. This review if for the 08 model. The 09 model suppose to be less irratating on skin (or so I heard)Recommned you get the 09 model if you buy these. Also its best to try them on in a store and not order on line for best fit.

Strengths:    Go ahead... Bash your brains out. Just wear these before you do and you'll be fine. These things are GREAT!!!

Weaknesses:    NONE!!!

Bottom Line:

If you need strong armor for some crazy ass freeridin' or downhillin', buy these things! Great protection and they stay were you need them to.
