Strengths:    Lightweight, comfy, stays in place.

Weaknesses:    chaffs the thigh portion if no padding is there, or if you didn't put the Velcro on right.

Bottom Line:
Love these pads, they are lightweight, and flex, both things i need when dodging tree's or really need to maneuver . They don't feel like they are there once you break them in, but if you don't get the Velcro right or have really beefy legs like i do, they really scuff the sides and front of your thighs. they also stay on your knees and calves without sliding, which is what they should do. OK pad warning, these pads due to being lightweight only go down half your shin, THEY DO NOT COVER THE WHOLE SHIN!, but if you fall on your knees they will protect them. i have fallen off my bike a couple times and they have done what they needed to do, without disintegrating or exploding on impact. My only problem with it, is that RACEFACE closed down and will no longer be making this or any of their products.
