Strengths:    quality protection, well built,mincell foam is perforated with holes for air flow.straps are great. they change how i ride

Weaknesses:    i still ditch these on hot days and ride safer.though these are great, i think any extra of any thing is tuff on hot days.

Bottom Line:   
perfect for downhill and jumping and agressive cross country all mountain ruff stuff.did sugarloaf and baughman trail in ohiopyle penn with these.would not want to wipe on babyhead roacks withouth these. i also got the matching elbo forarm pads..
