Strengths:
Saved me a couple direct hits to the shins with my pedals. Cheap.
Weaknesses:
The knee part is absolute crap. They flop forward and leave your knee prone to injure especially when sliding forward.
Bottom Line:
DO NOT BUY THESE! These are absolutely horrible. Do not make the same mistake as I have. I put my trust in these to protect my felshy knee but this mistake has cost me medical bills. I injured my knee on a sliding fall and now I have to wear a brace and I can't ride my bike :'(
