Strengths: Inexpensive, does not bind your knee but offers great protection, breathes fairly well
Weaknesses: I had to adjust them twice on a 15 mile trail ride, due to the top of the knee catching on the frame of my bike

Overall great value! I purchased these for knee protection after a recent injury. The day after I bought them, I slammed my knee in a pretty nasty fall and walked away with no injuries!!! If I wouldn't have had these on I'm positive I would have mad a trip to the ER. I'm happy I bought these and you will be too!
