Strengths:    Fit to my legs well and you don't even realise that you have them on!

Weaknesses:    Probably they get a bit hot on your legs after a while, but i guess all knee pads do.

Bottom Line:   
Supurb pads and great value for money!! Havn't crashed with them on yet but they stay on your legs well and do not move around and you can barely notice there on as they mould to your legs so pedalling is not affected too much
