Strengths: Good padding, strong plastic armor.Weaknesses: straps need to be widerBottom Line: These offer great protection for your knee and upper shin (they don't go all the way to your shoe). The straps could stand to be a little wider, as they bite after a few hours of riding. The main problem I have had with them is that the rivets they used to make the knee cap articulate with the shin is made of plastic and they popped out after a couple of uses, leaving the knee cap piece flopping around. I used a couple of zip ties to re-secure them and it works fine.

Strengths: easy to put on looks are cool and the flexiabilty is great once you get use to it.Weaknesses: not so comfortable the hinge mobility is great however the strap system does not feel so good. you have to strap them tighter than usuall so they dont slip. i thought these would be the best yet,but iwas mistaken. also the strap placment is set so depending on your heighth this could be goood or not so good for me the bottom strap is way too high. also the straps come off on impact.Bottom Line: these are not for mtbiking. the idea is so good but the comfort is still too low. i bought them so i will use them. once you have worn them in a bit they become fitting. however comlpared to somthing else the comfort is low. i recomend these to some one 5.6 or under. if not they wont fit good.

Strengths: when i pulled these out of hte packaging, the first thing i noticed was all the fantastic features. The most impressive is the amount of movement in the super hunged kneecap covers. i can fully bend and extend my knee without any limitation from the pads, or discomfort. the strap mechanisms are fantastic with the slide in clasps that make it fast and easy to remove the pads when needed. There is a TON of comfort padding on the inside to the shins and top of knee that make these comfortable, and plenyt of vents to keep your legs cool.Weaknesses: My only grip is i wish the straps had some padding to keep your legs from getting chaffed from the straps.Bottom Line: Fantastic buy on kneeguards. I needed something that would comforatbly protect my knees and shins. These do it fantastic hands down.
