Strengths:    They work when you wear them. Good quality. Light. Stay put.

Weaknesses:    None to me. They work.

Bottom Line:   
Great product if you need protection and don't want to buy hi-top shoes. You can use them if you need them, and take them off if you don't. No more banged up ankles for me!
