Strengths: light, comfortable, great protection, stay in placeBottom Line: very light, very comfortable. you'll forget you have them on til you need them. too a tumble and they stayed in place nicely. ventilate well. 3 straps keep them in place. protect upper arm, elbow and forearm without being too bulky. great pads. not cheap, but you get what you pay for... "cheap is expensive" in the long run.
