Strengths: I used them for snowboarding only. They work pretty well for that- fairly comfy fit, moderately thick semi-soft pads, pads are placed well.Weaknesses: The sizing is misleading. The pants are really long in the top part so you'll have to fold down the waist to make them comfortable. Or buy a smaller size in the first place.
The customer service is the worst. I ordered the pants and they didn't fit at all, so I called to exchange them the owner made a huge hassle out if it. Totally rude. I can't believe that I still ended up buying the product. Also, they are too much money for what you get.Bottom Line: These pants are absolutely only usable for snowboarding. Don't even think about trying to use them for another sport. As crash protection for snowboarding the pads work O.K., although the medium density pads are really only good for comfort while kneeling/ sitting and some reduced impact on small hits.
There are better products out there, and better companies that deserve your business more.
