Strengths: Plastic elbow cupsWeaknesses: There is virtually now forearm protection on these, also they slide down my armBottom Line: Don't get them if you want some kind of forearm protection. They provide good elbow protection, but thats not going to help when you bash your forearm against a rock. Personally I don't like them.
