Strengths: Flexable seam between elbow and forearm.Weaknesses: For some reason, the velcro straps that secure the pads came very long. It's not because I have toothpic arms because a pretty big friend of mine tried them on and thought the same thing. Because of the loose stap, the pads tend to slide down my arms as I rattle down a trail.Bottom Line: Great pads for a good deal but to get them to work right, I had to do a little modification. I overlapped and sewed together a three inch section of the upper velcro strap. Now the pads fit great and have protected me throught a couple of gnarly spills.

Strengths: doesn't slip when you eat it!! for a pad that acctually stays in place the price is unbeleavably low.Weaknesses: can be a little tight, but if that keeps your elbows safe, so be it.Bottom Line: great pad, if you want a good elbow pad that'll leave the wallet heavy this is it. BUY THESE PADS!!!!!
