Weakness:

Not the best protection for All Mountain riding

I have tried many different Giro and Bell helmets on in stores or used in past years and wanted something different. Read information about the Nirvana helmet by Lazer and decided to give it a try. I really like the roller system that adjusts the padding of the helmet all around your head instead of just the back area. It works by using a steal wire that it tightens or loosens with the roller on top of the helmet. Really easy to get a nice tight fit while riding and to loosen at the end to get it off and on for that always secure fit. It comes with XStatic padding (helps prevent your helmet from stinking after long hot rides) and curved buckle for comfort. Ventilation is really good and makes the helmet feel really light on the head. Overall this is a great helmet for cross country riders and those that want a well ventilated light helmet while riding. I do not recommend the helmet for those that need more protection for the head as it does fit high on the head and does not give that extra back of the head protection that other helmets give.
