Strengths: Like th e profile, cleat cage is raised sufficiently abopve pedal platform to allow easy connection of pedal and shoe. Not too heavy, Pedal feels steady under shoe.Weaknesses: A few extra pins, or removable pins would be nice.Bottom Line: Think these are worth the $$$. They are easy to connect into, allow a good range of twist without unclipping, not too hard to unclip. ideal for Downhill.
