Strengths: Smooth running, platform support, spd compatible with adjustable tension. The price paid is in au dollars.Weaknesses: The black finish scuffs off easily where the shoes contact, but a very minor complaint really.Bottom Line: My first pair of clipless pedals and I couldn't be happier, they're easy to clip in and out of, offer great support from a nice slim platform and spin as smooth as silk, they're also easy to adjust and clean, would probably clog with mud in bad conditions but a squirt from a drink bottle would have them clear again in no time, they have not failed in any way to date, longer term may show more but in three months so far nothing has changed with them.
I use them for xc and trail riding and find I can still get going again even if I don't engage straight away.
