Very wide, similar to a platform, with the added grip of a cage design | | Weaknesses: | None really, they can make your calfs look like ground meat, if you are not carefull | | Bike Setup: | Specialized Hardrock Comp. | | Bottom Line: | This is a great pedal for the money, there is no point in going out an buying expensive pedals, I have had multiple sets of pedals, and these are by far my favorite.
