Strengths:    TOUGH!! with the long peg version you might as well be wearing clipless

Weaknesses:    Black paint scratched of of it after a couple months. if you're a wussy you NEED shin guards. My legs are covered in scars already.

Bottom Line:
Buy these if you do anything from cross country to downhill.

Strengths:    Big, Beefy- loads of grip

Weaknesses:    Cheese grater on the shins- cnat ride without shin pads

Bottom Line:
Theese pedals have got x amount of grip. You do need to lift your foot off to re-position. However the pins kept on turning out and dissapearing mid trail. I did a huge jump at llandegla forest , wales- overshot the landing ramp and hit the bank on one side, as my pedal struck the soil (or rock- it all happened so fast), the my toe got trapped, the pedal sheared off the bike at the axel, crushing/ breaking my toe at the same time. Its all good fun, but 6 months later my toe is still mangled

Strengths:    Grippy, soft soled shoes and they dont let go unless you realy want off.

Unbreakable, Have smashed them into rocks on the down stroke several times.

Weaknesses:    shin burgger, heavy.

Will remove paint, stone, iron fileings, wood, and flesh from anything you hit with them.

Bottom Line:
Like eggbeaters without the shoes!
