Strengths: bigger platform that is easy to find and get on when foot slips off during technical sections.Weaknesses: hard to clip into. sharp studs on platform are too sticky to allow your shoe to move around to get into the clips.Bottom Line: don't buy them. I've tried clipless pedals since they came out in the 80's, these are at the bottom of the pile. they were a source of frustration out on the trail, so I decided to dump them, and switched to my version 1 Ritcheys. I really wanted them to work out for me, have been looking for a good platform pedal, but just not executed well.

Strengths: removable platform, i ride on the street sometimes and dont feel like wearin the ol clipless shoesWeaknesses: some of the screws and stuff stripped, lost one of the nuts that tightens the springBottom Line: great pedal, if u got the money id buy them, use the platform on the street and if u want to, remove it for the trails, 4 value turds cause they are expensive
