Strengths: wide platform, god gripWeaknesses: weak spindels broke first pair and they came apart while i was riding atomlab sent me another pair, after soft use of a month the second pair stopped spinning i will go return and get something else tomorrowBottom Line: i would not recommend these pedals stay away, unless the wanna be stuck peddling on the spindles... go for something else, i sorry i hate bad reviews but these have been nothing but problems.

Strengths: Very strong. Pins stay in after many a bashing on rocks. Pins will TEAR your shin to Pieces! (as they did mine). Pretty light. Wider than most narrow dh pedals.Weaknesses: Paint wears easily, but it could be the rocks ive been smashing. Bearings are crap, but I dont need my pedals to spin anyways. who needs spinny pedals as long as they do their job?Bottom Line: First time on these I took a booter with my v-10 and landed awkward, foot slipped off and the pedal stamped my shin. Blood everywhere. I could see my shin bone. hurt like hell. took a trip to the e.r and 8 stitches later im good to go. bottom line: these pedals are outstanding. They grip amazingly well. Just be sure to learn from me and invest in a good pair of shoes. no vans slip ons (terrible idea). Bearings arent great but they spin fine. No need to have them spin for 5 minutes. The pins are excellent! I smashed them on rock gardens and none were removed. My friend's straitlines cant even say that much. These aren't amazing, but they're damn good DH pedals for the price, and they come with replacable pins

Strengths: Grippy! Wide, replaceable pins, smoothWeaknesses: paint rubs off very easily, lose pins often, not the lightest.. but okay for the priceBottom Line: Loads of grip that evoke confidence, but when they slip expect pain. Lost two pins in three months and paint doesn't last very long. Still, great smooth pedal for the price.

Strengths: studs? low profile?Weaknesses: BEARINGS!Bottom Line: After 5 days out riding the bearings gave out, had way too much play in them. Were sent back to AtomLabs for warranty work, came back felling like CRAP! Way too stiff, I can't even spin them.
