Strength:
Smooth shifting mech. I'm still a diehard cable-actuated user. This was stock spec on my 2021 Trek Rail 9.8 eBike. SRAM has upped their game considerably. .
Weakness:
None, to report.

Strength:
Came OEM on a new 2018 bike. Over 3 years of pounding, and zero issues. Still shifts like it's new. I admit I have been surprisingly impressed (I have been a Shimano fan since the beginning of time). It's taken a few hits on rocks, lost paint and has pretty deep gouges, but it's still working.

Strength:
Buttery smooth shifting through the entire range. Gets onto the new 52t eagle gear very well. Easy to adjust, easy to install. High chain tension. Slick looks, very durable. I haven't had any shifting problems at all with this derailleur. It is a great reasonable price as well.
Weakness:
It isn't as much of a flex as XX1. That is the only downside. Not really a consideration if you ask me, which is why I bought it.

Strength:
- High chain tension ( a chain guide ist not really necessary )
- Can handle big 50T cassettes like nothing
- Works superb on a 11 speed system ( I use it with the 11spd GX trigger and a Sunrace 11spd 11-50 )
- Quiet
- Great accurate shifting
- Very stiff and sturdy cage
- Cage lock ( good for cleaning, chain attachment and for removing the rear wheel )
- low price
Weakness:
- Nothing
