Strengths: Cheap price
Good Function/Looks
Top/Bottom pull option
Comes with shims for various sized tubesWeaknesses: None really; Not made in the US, but what is?Bottom Line: Picked this up to see if there was any improvement over the lower end Shimano stuff; definate improvement in functioning and looks great on your bike too. Good clean shifts between gears (24,34,42T) and has a very strong spring; mine came set up for either top or bottom pull (Model FD 761A). Easy to install, absolutely no maintenance so far other than normal cleaning. Very little adjustments needed once it's set. Just upgraded the crankset and cassette so will see how it works with the new drive train. Overall I am quite happy with it; would recommend it to anyone who wants a cheap upgrade on their walmart special.
