Strengths:    long cage.properly cleaned and lubed it shifts nicely. pair it with m430 alivio dérailleur and teflon cables and it is better. good-looking.

Weaknesses:    off-road chains slap. late shifting when in load. good enough for its price i think.

Bottom Line:   
use the brake system, not the rd for stopping :)
