If I did it all over again, I wouldn't buy this crankset. I feel it has been the Achilles heel of my bike. I give it three stars cause I can replace the bearings with ease and buy (ahem, most) replacement parts for the crankset. It is versatile, but the non-stop maintenance, doesn't win me over.
I'm writing this after owning, and then breaking, three Surly Mr. Whirly spiders, none of which lasted longer than about 2 months.
