Date Reviewed: December 18, 2004
Favorite Trail:oak mountain
Duration Product Used:1 Year
Price Paid: $173.00
Purchased At:monkamoo.com
Strengths:real purty, stiffest i've experienced
Weaknesses:month wait to get square taper dhs currently
Similar Products Used:c-dale, shimano, campy
Bike Setup:optimo hard tail, crossmax sl, magura, pythons
Bottom Line:Mated with a phil wood stainless bb, i use this for xc racing. I installed it myself and have not had to mess with it since. It was only 480 grams (best i can remember), 50 grams more than the xc version. Looks and feels like it will last. Don at monkamoo.com was a good guy to deal with. I'm putting a set on my cross rig too...
Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

Weaknesses:no weakness yet
Similar Products Used:Shimano xtr, Alivio , Truvative
Bike Setup:P3, Z1's , MRP, RooX cranks
Bottom Line:Better Than Race Face
