Chainring bolt length.

I'm beating my head against the desk because I'm sure I am overanalyzing this. I need new chainring bolts to replace the old rusted garbage ones I have. Spider thickness is .15" (3.8mm) and the chainring I'm buying is 3mm (.125") thick. Total thickness of ~6.8mm to 7mm. How much engagement o ... Read More »

    I really really really need a {34 tooth} 9 or 10speed front chainring

A 32 is not tall enough for where I go and how I ride down the hills. I do not want to switch this bike to 1x10 or 1x11 because of the long steady uphills. I have been unable to find a 34 tooth, 104BCD, middle ring. I am currently using a Raceface 9 speed that has been machined down ... Read More »

Specifically, I'm looking for the nut side that is held by a hex, rather than spanner. I know many will be tempted to mock me for my inability to make a chainring bolt spanner wr ... Read More »
