Strengths: It has adjustability with where the roller is positioned so you don't have to take the crank and everything off to adjust the position of the guide.Weaknesses: Entire roller is plastic, no bearings to allow for it to spin freely, just a metal axle that slides through the middle. Very rarly actually spins expect for immediately after you lube it for the millionth time, but once that wears off there is too much friction there for it to roll without some actual bearings! Oh and the top guide that is adjustable as well is pretty pointless, just looks kinda cool I guess.Bottom Line: Dont waste your money, I love raceface, but this chainguide really sucks for the price. If you can get it for $50 then fine but that wont happen so just get an e13, trust me...you might pay a bit more but that's cause they know what they are doing and you won't have to worry about it ever.

Similar Products Used: e13 DRS...awesome by the way, fits perfectly, roller is great with real ball bearings inside to allow it to actually keep spinning all day long, and adjustable spacers to fit any chainline.

Strengths: Ease of setup, all in one multi compatability, holds the chain on, not too heavy. My frame does not have ISCG mounts and it stays in place perfectly with the Deuce XCWeaknesses: Requires LubingBottom Line: I like it. I'm not aware of a better alternative, and if colorado had its normal dry spring i would have given it 5 chilis. BUT if you do multiple creek crossings, the bushing on the lower pulley dries our easilly, much faster then your chain would even running dry boeshield lube. IUn other words, it would be acceptable for it to dry out as fast as the chain: you'd have noise or you have to lube either way. As is, one of my riding partners thought the very high pitch squeal was an emminent lightening strike, then the vague squeal got very loud and the lully had to be removed to keep going. It was like a 15 mile ride! Other then that,
