Favorite Trail:

Duration Product Used:

Strengths:
INDESTRUCTIBLE! Super easy to set up, the lightest, and it comes in different colors!
Weaknesses:
none that I can find
Bike Setup:
Banshee Rampant, Fox 36 Float, Shimano Saint Drive Train, DT Wheels
Bottom Line:
The perfect chainguide! Being 36 tooth specific ensures that it will fit perfect with no chance of losing a chain. The 36 tooth Gamut Race Ring goes perfect with the design of the bashgaurd as well. The guide seems indestructible as there have been many times where I've smashed the bashgaurd on something, thinking that I must have broke it, but looked down to find that it's perfectly intact! I even bent one of the tabs of the crank spider from a crash and when I got new cranks, the bashgaurd still fit perfectly. The whole guide is basic to set up. The bashgaurd and boomerang mount on like any other would, leaving the only thing to adjust be how close the pulley wheel and top guide are to the chainring. As far as weight, it's the lightest I've seen and offers a full bash as opposed to little taco bashgaurds that can void the warranty on some frames. The colors are rad too, so you can make the guide fit into your color scheme. Overall amazing chainguide! I don't see how it could be any better!
