Favorite Trail:Royal Summit
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Purchased At:Bikewerx
Strengths:Light weight but ultra strong guide, good build and quality, never loses the chain, pretty much as advertised, more spacers than you'll ever need
Weaknesses:looks (i personally like it, but some dont like its simple looks), availability (the LG1+ is in high demand right now), there are cheaper things out there
Similar Products Used:MRP system 1, kore chain reactor w/ e.13supercharger & rholoff upper chain guide
Bike Setup:08 parker 2.0, titec el norte bars, seat, azonic nitro, dimension 20mm 36h alex supra BH F/, halo exciteD 32h alex supra bh R/, atomlab pedals, LG1+
Bottom Line:Its an excellent chain guide, its simple, and works as advertised. The guide may not appeal to those that like the more simplified look of abash guard but to each his/her own. As far asset up goes its just a hassle to get the shims set up just right, but after that its smooth riding. One issue id like to address is if you have a wide chain ring, like the one that comes with the azonic nitro be prepared for some rubbing. I had bend the back plate to help center out the top. Other than that its a great product, good value, and overall outstanding.

riders looking for budget build items look at something more like an LS1 or a truvative box guide since those both come in under or around 100. for those looking for an epic guide this is for you and you wont be sorry

p.s. works flawlessly for my am/dh riding style

Duration Product Used:2 Years
Strengths:Light weight, sheds mud, doesn't fail
Weaknesses:None when used and installed correctly
Similar Products Used:MRP system 2
Bike Setup:Intense M6, E.thirteen everywhere, Fox 40
Bottom Line:This guide is great! Perfect for everyday riding, 4 cross and light downhill duty. I almost prefer not to run the taco when downhilling. The reason being, the taco is designed to absorb light to medium impacts. Because it is mounted to the guides back plate, when it endures a significant impact, it has may deflect some of that energy to the back plate, possibly leaving you with a bent back plate. If big impacts are in the forecast go with the SRS system.

Favorite Trail:Northstar
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Purchased At:110.00
Strengths:- light weight!
- easy to install
- fully assembled on arrival
- looks sweet
- keeps your chain on your rig
Weaknesses:- no sprocket protection, but that's not the reason i bought it. so, i will say it has no weaknesses so far
Bike Setup:SWD Racing 6Gun
Bottom Line:This is an awesome guide if you are looking to shed some body fat. It keeps your chain where you want it and looks great while doing so.

It comes fully assembled with all the hardware (and more spacers than you can ever use) needed and the installation instructions are nice and easy to understand. It takes some trail / error with getting the right spacers, but once that's done, it's all gravy.

Go check one out! Then go ride.

Favorite Trail:insanity
Duration Product Used:3 months
Price Paid: $120.00
Purchased At:action cyclery
Strengths:holds the chain, very light
Weaknesses:looks kinda funky, expensive
Similar Products Used:e13 drs and srs
Bike Setup:06 redline skookum, marzocchi z1, azonic outlaw
Bottom Line:holds the chain how its supposed to. if your chain ring gets slightly bent this guide is super annoying and the chain rubs the top part and slows you down a ton. but if your cranks are running smooth the guide should work perfect
