Strength:

This is for the SRS+. Doesn't drop chains. Pretty lightweight. Durable.

Weakness:

None, these things actually work.

I had a cheap truvativ guide, with the thought that I'd eventually replace it. It happened sooner than I thought though due to the truvativ being utter crap. Once I got the SRS+ shimmed over correctly (took 2 rides) it worked perfectly. It's been great ever since with no dropped chains.

Strength:

Super strong, no flex at all. Not too heavy for the strength.

Weakness:

bearings!!!

Its a very good stiff strong chainguide. If i was a racer then the weight would probably be a weakness but as im not then its not. I have had this for 3 months and have now changed to the P30. admittedly this was a pretty wet british summer but that is no excuse for me to go through !!!3 SETS OF BEARINGS!!! in as many months. none of my other bearings last such a riciulous length of time and i do take very good care of my bike. Come on e13 whats wrong with you???

Light weight, sheds mud, bomb proof, never fails

The best all around chain guide setup on the market. The guys at e.13 really know what they are doing when it comes to keeping the drive train safe and working even after the roughest impacts. Will buy again and would recommend to anyone!

Slides over rocks, roots... anything really. The only time I've ever broken an SRS was when it was improperly installed on my bike... which happened once (came overtightened from the factory, cracked the gaurd). Comes in tons of colors these days, with plenty of variety for all your different bikes.

Weakness:

No 3 spd XC version.

There isn't a better guide on the market. Say what you want about the company, but you can't argue with the performance and quality of the product.

Weakness:

Mud can get stuck in the chain ring and lock the chain. However if yo uclean your bike there will be no problems

I will stand behind anything E13 does. As far as chain guides E13 is the only brand we sell at AllSpeed. Nothing more to say.

Strength:

Set it and forget it!

Weakness:

Can damage your crank tabs it is so strong. Mud can get clogged behind the bashguard and in between the chainring.

The SRS will outlast any other part of your bike! When properly set up, it is virtually impossible to ever lose a chain. Never have to think or worry about it, it is literally one of the only parts on any of my bikes that that can easily be said for!

If you are looking for a bit of a lighter weight system, or are running a fragile crankset, the LG-1 may be a better option.

Amazing product.. I have hit many things with the bashguard and only puts a little scratch in it. My old MRp would bent the bashguard.

The e.13 SRS chainguide does it all!! The bashguard protects your chainring like a charm, and the guide never drops your chain. What else can you ask for?

Weakness:

None!

THE chainguide to buy, hands down!! e.13 is a company that supports the industry, supports the local/national/global scene, and has the ingenuity and drive to design (instead of copy) new products!! **ahem**MRP**

Strength:

bomb proof, looks sweet and is better than anything else!

Weakness:

some minor niggles with using 3peice cranks(i got profiles), the bashring is soooo thick the crank arm needs to be spaced further away from the spider.

I do pretty much everything on this bike, trials to DH. This guide fits into every situation. Its strong as hell, evan the lower idler can take the knocks! on my first ride with the SRS, i flew down walls (grinding) and went much further than with my metal bashring. Its also more stable when balanceing on the ring cos its thicker. Its also smooooth and pretty quiet.

So if you want the best bashring out there, buy it now!

Oh and not for the weight consious gayboy riders!
